Steve Palmer has practiced litigation in Texas Courts since 1976, and has handled over 10,000 matters in over ninety of Texas' 254 counties. These cases have included bank litigation, business litigation, lender liability, personal injury and family law matters. Today, Mr. Palmer limits his practice to commercial litigation, family law, and collaborative family law. Mr. Palmer started this firm in 1980.

With respect to his Collaborative Family Law Practice, Mr. Palmer is a member of Collaborative Law Dallas, the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is President and a Fellow of the Texas College of Collaborative Law.
